Guatemala Finca, El Salvador Finca and Mexican Siltepec are all single origin coffees from South America that have been specially selected for their unique flavour when brewed by either the Cafetière or Stove top methods of making coffee.
Guatemala Finca Is one of our most popular coffees. It has an abundance of flavours that remain present after brewing but do not dominate the cup.
El Salvador Finca Has a lovely crema when brewed in a cafetière and a sharp foretaste when brewed in a Stovetop. Strong flavours ensure a beautiful black coffee but it also takes milk very well.
Mexican Siltepec Has a sharp but lovely taste when brewed directly in the coffee grinds. It lingers on the palate leaving a pleasant aftertaste and takes milk well.
