Delivery & Returns

We offer free Royal Mail delivery on all orders.

All single 200 and 400 gm orders are despatched in packaging that is designed to fit through a standard size letterbox. Larger orders are despatched in an appropriate size box which will not fit through a letterbox.

Your order will be sent in compostable potato starch bags (unless the paper bag option has been selected). The contents should be placed inside your by now empty coffee tin as soon as possible to maintain the freshness of the coffee beans. Your coffee bag has been certified as compostable and can either be added to your home compost or placed in your green bin to be composted by your local authority.

REPLACEMENTS

If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it for the same item free of charge. Please email us with images of the damage (this is helpful as our postal companies request this).

RETURNS

Where you have purchased our goods or services as a consumer, you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within 7 days from the day after receipt of the goods or services. We will endeavour to deal with any refunds in a prompt manner and will issue refunds to the debit/credit card used to place the order.

Returned goods must be returned in the same condition as they were when they were delivered to you, until such time as the goods or services are either collected by us or delivered to us by you.

To return any items e-mail us at corbycoffeeroasting@gmail.com quoting your order number to arrange the return of the items. The items should then be returned to us using recorded delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to cover return postage costs.
