Airscape containers allow air to be expelled from the inside of the tin keeping your coffee fresher for longer. As the inner plunger is pressed down, it makes a ‘whooshing’ sound as air is squeezed out from the contents layer. Once the plunger makes contact with the coffee simply flip the handle down, this closes the air valve preventing any more oxygen entering and staling the coffee, locking in that just roasted freshness for longer.
