Brazil Donas

£7.50£28.00

This coffee originates from the Minas region in the South East of Brazil. It is cultivated at an altitude of 1000 metres where the lower temperature permits  a slow growth rate, allowing the cherry to develop a complexity of flavour.

It is harvested between May and August using a natural drying process where the cherries are laid out in the sun to slowly dry, allowing the full flavour of the fruit to remain in the bean before processing.

This coffee is best enjoyed from the eighth day after roasting.

Our recommended brewing methods- Filter, espresso.
