Moka Pot

The Moka pot is a quick and simple method of making espresso style coffee on a stove using a special kind of coffee pot.

The water is first heated in a kettle before being added to the base of the Moka pot. Ground coffee is then added and the assembled pot is then placed onto a hot stove. The boiling water is forced up the spout passing through the coffee grinds in the process.
