This coffee is a blend of two Arabica coffee bean varieties. The red catuai is a slow growing, sun dried naturally sweet coffee bean that grows at an altitude of 1000 metres. When combined with the Caturra bean, it produces a sweet yet citrusy flavour of mixed fruit, with an undertone of treacle.
This coffee is best enjoyed from the eighth day after roasting.
