Honduras SHG

£7.90£28.00

This coffee originates from Honduras. It is cultivated at an altitude of 1350 metres where the lower temperature permits a slow growth rate, allowing the cherry to develop a complexity of flavour.

It is harvested between May and August using a natural drying process where the cherries are laid out in the sun to slowly dry, allowing the full flavour of the fruit to remain in the bean before processing.

This coffee is best enjoyed from the seventh day after roasting.

Our recommended brewing methods- Filter, espresso.
