This coffee is a blend of a red catuai from Brazil and a strong robusta from Indonesia. The red catuai is a slow growing, sun dried naturally sweet coffee bean that grows at an altitude of 1000 metres. This natural sweetness cuts through the delicate blend.
It has a deep crema and distinct flavour that is pleasant on the palate for any time of day.
This coffee is best enjoyed from the eighth day after roasting.
